With three regional branch locations—Glastonbury, Norwich and Wallingford—covering the majority of Connecticut towns, Masonicare is a leader in home and community-based healthcare services.
Our team of licensed professionals includes Registered Nurses, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Medical Social Workers, and Certified Home Health Aides. The Hospice team also includes a Medical Director, Spiritual Care and Bereavement Counselors, and Volunteers. In addition, the team includes skilled Liaisons in the field who work with community hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and physician practices to ensure your transition to homecare services is smooth.
