You’ve applied – now what? Here’s what you can expect:

A Customized Approach to Recruitment

Our process may look a bit different depending on job type and hiring manager. This means that your first contact may be from a Recruiter on our team, or directly from a hiring manager. Our team will call/email/text – in that order – to reach you if we are interested. Make sure to clear out your voicemail and check it regularly when applying for jobs. Also, check your spam folder if you think you may not have received our email.

Masonicare is Flexible

Your first interview may be in person or virtual. We know you are likely interviewing for several jobs and we want to expedite our process on this end so we don’t lose you to another company. Some managers would prefer to meet you in person initially, which often leads to a shorter interview process overall. Whichever medium allows us to “meet you” quickly – that’s always our preference. Most of our current positions only require *1* interview! Additional interviews may be required based on position type.

Masonicare Will Communicate With You

Once a decision is made, we will communicate with you. If you are not selected for the role, you will receive an email communication from us. If you are selected, we will let you know what we need from you to start the onboarding process. We will verify that you have your annual flu shot as well as your COVID vaccine (or exemptions) during the onboarding process.
