Accommodations

Assisted Living residents enjoy private apartments with a choice of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Residents can furnish and decorate their apartments with their own furniture and personal touches.

Rates start at $4,500/month and include the following:

Your full monthly fee is determined by two different factors - the size of the apartment you choose and the level of care you receive, which is determined by a nursing assessment of needs. Care Levels include options such as medication management or assistance with bathing and personal laundry. The options are designed to meet each individual resident’s needs.

Respite Stay

Respite Stay at Greenridge Place is a great way for someone thinking of moving to a community-based setting to have flexibility in the decision-making process. And to assist caregivers who need to be away or take a break, the Respite Stay provides their family members with a safe and welcoming place.

Rates

Respite Stay rates start at $177/day plus level of care and covers room and board (apartment and 3 meals daily). Additional fees for level of care are determined by a nursing assessment of residents’ needs and are not included in base rent.

Adult Day Program

When a beloved parent or relative suffers from memory loss and is no longer safe at home alone, caregivers who work or need a break often struggle to find solutions. An adult day program – either half or full day – may be the answer.

Our dedicated and professionally trained staff includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants who specialize in meeting the needs of the memory care population.

Participants can attend from one to five days a week, for a full or half (four hours) day. Our program includes recreation to stimulate thinking and problem-solving, socialization, personal care services, meals, and snacks. 

Rates

Adult Day rates vary with the length of time and day selected. Extended hours and transportation are also available at an additional cost.
