Outpatient GI Clinic - Personal & Expert Care for a Stress-Free Procedure
The Outpatient GI Clinic at Masonicare offers private rooms in a welcoming environment. Our nursing model (one nurse to one patient) means you are carefully guided through the entire procedure, from pre-op to intra procedure to discharge; the same nurse will call later in the day to check on your status.
Diagnostic and therapeutic procedures offered:
- Panendoscopy – fiberoptic exam of the esophagus, stomach, upper small intestine
- Colonoscopy – fiberoptic exam of the large intestine
- Endoscopy – fiberoptic exam of the esophagus and stomach
Masonicare offers GI services to anyone age 18 or older, with the majority of our patients being between the ages of 35-60. Your doctor may have recommended one of these tests as a routine preventive-care measure, or if you are experiencing symptoms such as severe heartburn, difficulty swallowing, or persistent nausea. No matter which procedure you’re having, even if it takes just 15 minutes, you’ll be in the caring and compassionate hands of our staff and board-certified gastroenterologist.
