The Thirty-first Annual Festival of Trees has begun at Masonicare Health Center, 22 Masonic Avenue in Wallingford. The very popular event features a silent auction of unique, beautifully decorated tabletop trees and wreaths.
The lighted trees and wreaths are designed and trimmed by teams of Masonicare employees, volunteers, and residents of Masonicare. They will be on continuous display in the lobby of Masonicare Health Center until Thursday, December 12. Everyone is welcome to visit the Center any day between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. to view them and place a bid. Bids will be closed at 2:00 p.m. on December 12, when the highest bidders will be announced and winners can claim their holiday treats. Winners will be notified if they can’t be present on that date. All proceeds from the auction will be used to support a host of activities for the residents of Masonicare Health Center.
