On Friday, February 27, Masonicare at Newtown will host a Lunch & Learn program entitled “Keeping Your Bones Healthy.” Featured speaker is Dr. Hana Hulinska.
In her presentation, Dr. Hulinska will review ways to prevent Osteoporosis including lifestyle changes and available treatments. Dr. Hulinska is board-certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine and received her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at North Shore University Hospital in New York, and a specialty fellowship in rheumatology at North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Center. She specializes in providing the latest treatments, including injectable therapies, for adults with a variety of musculoskeletal and rheumatic diseases.
The free program will begin at 11:30 a.m. and will be followed by a complimentary lunch. Reservations are required, so please call the Masonicare HelpLine at 888-679-9997 by Monday, February 23, to reserve your space.
The presentation will be held at Masonicare at Newtown, 139 Toddy Hill Road, Newtown. Masonicare provides Lunch and Learn programs for adults and caregivers as a public service to the community.
