The Twenty-Seventh Annual Festival of Trees at Masonicare Health Center was a wonderful success this year. The very popular event featured a silent auction of 60 unique, beautifully decorated tabletop trees which are designed and trimmed by teams of Masonicare employees, volunteers, and residents of Masonicare. This year's trees had a wide variety of themes, from Star Wars to Enchanted Fairyland, which garnered the highest bid.

Bidding on the trees ended on Friday, December 18 with a special appearance from WTIC-AM's Ray Dunaway who volunteered as 'auctioneer for the day.' The auction raised nearly $6,000 for the Holiday Appeal, which goes directly to the residents of Masonicare Health Center to assist them with holiday celebrations.
