Masonicare Wells Apartments

The Wells Apartments are rental apartment homes for independent seniors ages 55+ who want privacy and security, within a community of friends and neighbors. Apartments feature one- and two-bedroom floor plans, complete with modern kitchens and airy balconies.

Located in the Wells Building, the Wells Apartments are adjacent to the Masonicare Health Center. So residents have the assurance of access to quality healthcare and support services from Masonicare whenever needed. In addition, residents enjoy easy access to the Center’s library, auditorium, convenience store, gift shop and Cornerstone Cafe plus a full calendar of events and activities. There’s also plenty of free parking right in front of the Wells Building for the convenience of our residents.
