The Hearth provides peace of mind for the whole family.
Core services included in monthly fee:
- three nutritionally balanced meals each day with visual cueing
- utilities (excluding phone and cable)
- weekly housekeeping service
- weekly linen and towel service
- daily exercise programs
- transportation to doctor appointments within a 15-mile radius
- socially stimulating recreational/therapeutic activities
- some nursing care and 24-hour consultation by phone
- 24-hour emergency call system
- 24-hour resident care staff in building
- 24-hour security on campus
Personal care services included in monthly fee:
- Medication management (refills, pre-pour and reminders)
- Personal laundry
- Escorting/cueing
- Bathing/grooming/dressing
- Safety checks
- Incontinence care
Services not included in monthly fee:
- foot clinic available monthly
- physician services as needed
- escorts to doctor appointments
- behavioral health consultation by geriatric psychiatrist
