Masonicare’s Free Educational Program for the Community October 1
Wallingford, CT, September 5, 2012…….On Monday evening, October 1, Masonicare Community Services is hosting a free and informative program for the community entitled, “Taking Personal Responsibility for Your Future Healthcare Needs.” The presenter will be Stephen B. McPherson, President & CEO of Wallingford-based Masonicare. The program will be held in the auditorium at Masonicare Health Center, 22 Masonic Avenue in Wallingford. The evening will begin with a complimentary light supper at 6:00 p.m. The presentation will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., followed by a Q & A session with Mr. McPherson. Tours of Masonicare Health Center will be available, including the acute care hospital unit, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and the newly-refurbished, state-of-the-art GI suite, which are all conveniently located and open to the community.
As baby boomers age and healthcare reform moves forward, much attention is being focused on current healthcare regulations and the many changes expected in the future. As an expert in the field, Mr. McPherson will discuss healthcare trends and the importance of being knowledgeable and proactive in planning for your future healthcare needs.
