Attorney Reynolds will discuss topics such as whether to have a Will or Living Trust, probate issues, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney and asset protection. She will provide an overview on what legal documents are necessary to ensure a comprehensive plan for the future. She will also answer questions about Long-Term Care and estate planning issues.
Formerly an English teacher in the New Milford and Newtown schools, Attorney Reynolds received a Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1993. She is founder of the Elder Law and Estate Planning firm in New Milford, and has been selected as a Connecticut Super Lawyer by Connecticut Magazine. Attorney Reynolds is past President of the New Milford Bar Association, and member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, as well as the Connecticut NAELA chapter and the Elder Law and Estate and Probate sections of the Connecticut Bar Association. She has published many articles in state and local publications on Elder Law and Estate Planning and is a frequent guest speaker for various professional and senior groups throughout the state.
