From Route 15 South:
Take Route 15 South to Exit 58, Route 34. At the end of the Exit take a right onto Derby turnpike which is Route 34. Take Route 34 West to Route 8 South to Exit 12. Take a right at the light and the end. At the next light take a right onto Bridgeport Ave. Take a quick right into the driveway of Masonicare Home Health & Hospice.
From New Haven:
I-91 South to Route 34, Downtown Exit. Follow to Exit 3 at end of the highway. Continue on North Frontage Road to the Ella Grasso Blvd. Take a right onto the Boulevard, at the traffic light take a left onto Route 34. Follow to the junction of Route 8 and take Route 8 South to Exit 12. Take a right at the light at the end of the Exit. At the next light take a right onto Bridgeport Ave. Take a quick right into the driveway of Masonicare Home Health & Hospice.
I-95 North or Route 8:
I-95 to Exit 27A (Route 8, 25 Connector). Stay in far right lane, follow signs for Route 8. Take Route 8 North to Exit 12, turn left at the traffic light at end of Exit. At the second light take a right onto Bridgeport Ave. Take a quick right into the Driveway of Masonicare Home Health & Hospice.
