We're a statewide outreach program sponsored by Masonicare and free of charge to all Connecticut residents, ready to help you navigate today's ever-changing maze of health and social services. Representatives from our program are available to talk over the phone or to meet with you in your home to help clarify complicated insurance and medical coverage issues, as well as to offer advice and valuable information.
