A Live-In resides in the home of the patient/client and provides homemaking and general household assistance to patient/clients under the supervision of the Director. Follows written and or oral instructions. Adheres to all schedules as deemed necessary and appropriate by the patient/family. Provides supervision of patient activities while family/designated caregiver is out of the home,
amusements (cards, games, reading to client, etc.); and accompanies patient on walks and to social functions as needed. May provide patient with accompanied transportation to physician appointments and on misc. errands. Performs household services essential to client care at home, including meal preparation, laundry and
housekeeping. Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and healthy environment. Will report any environment issues to the Director. Assists the client with personal care activities inclusive of, but not limited to bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, hair/skin care and feeding. Assists client with exercises, ambulation, and transfer activities.
