Lifeline Services

This is a way for seniors to extend independence in their own homes. Lifeline service from Masonicare Home Health & Hospice offers easy, instant access to help, even if you can’t get to the phone. Sign up and you’ll receive a wireless call device you can wear 24 hours a day. If you fall or need medical help right away and can’t reach the phone, simply press the button on your call device. It transmits a signal to your in-home monitor that, in turn, connects you to an operator who can immediately dispatch emergency help.

Lifeline Services

  • You wear a wireless wrist- or pendant- call-device.
  • You press the button to talk to an operator who can summon emergency response.
  • Lifeline operators contact the ambulance, rescue, or fire station closest to your home. At your request, operators can also contact your nearest family member.
  • Lifeline operators may offer self-help instructions and will remain in contact with you until emergency responders arrive.
  • You pay a small monthly fee for this service.
  • Service available to any Connecticut resident.
