2008 Quality of Life Walk

Masonicare presents the 2008 Quality of Life Walk Fundraiser! This fundraiser helps the Masonic Charity Foundation provide for the greatest needs of residents and patients at Masonic Healthcare Center, Ashlar of Newtown and Connecticut VNA when no other funding resources are available. Donors to the Quality of Life funds can feel proud knowing that their gifts will directly impact Masonicare? residents and patients. Some examples of Quality of Life Fund purchases include: reading magnifiers, telemonitors, patient education books and the patient transport program at Masonic Healthcare Center. These are only a few of the important purchases made through the Quality of Life Funds to help residents and patients at each location.

How you can help:

The Masonic Charity Foundation of Connecticut needs you to recruit walkers. It? not too early to start talking up the Quality of Life Walk to your co-workers, family and friends and begin organizing a group of walkers for the Quality of Life Walk on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at the Great River Park Amphitheater in East Hartford.
