From I-95 Bridgeport/Norwalk Area:

I-95 South to exit 15. Bear right off exit (to the left will connect you with Route 7).  Take a right at the end of the exit ramp at the traffic light. Continue straight on West Avenue through one traffic light, Police station is on your right. A Getty Gas station will be on your right. Turn Right onto Butler St. Follow for 1 mile this will turn into Harbor Avenue. Connecticut VNA will be on your Right. It is a one story building with Blue Glass windows and a black chain link fence surrounding the parking lot.

From Merritt Parkway:

Take 15 south to Exit 40A (Main Ave) make left off exit and follow Main Ave.  At Dunkin Donuts continue to go straight, Main Ave will turn to Main St.  Continue on Main St. and make a right on Wall St. then a quick Left onto Commerce Street (Devine Brothers on both sides of street) go around bend and make left onto Harbor Ave. The CTVNA building is gray and is on the left.
