2013 Nightingale Awards
This marks the 13th Anniversary of the Nightingale Awards for Excellence in Nursing. The program recognizes nurses who have made a significant impact on patient care, demonstrated clinical excellence, shown commitment to their community or achieved outstanding life achievement. In order to be selected for a Nightingale Award, an RN or LPN must demonstrate excellence and be involved in day-to-day clinical practice, leadership, scholarship or education. The award program was founded in Connecticut in 2001 and Masonicare was one of the original organizers.
